About You:

You’ll ideally be working in distribution already focused on selling into the channel. Bonus points if you’re offering ITAD & Hardware, Refurbished equipment and IT Maintenance e.g. Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking.

A New business attitude is essential, they do not see the value in bringing someone in to sit on house accounts forever and not look at expansion into new business.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1^st to 3^rd line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintaining a range of IT hardware and software systems
• Assist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwords – namely within M365
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
• Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems
• Collaborating with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance
• Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades

Attributes

• Proven experience in a wide-ranging IT support role (financial services or MSP experience would be great)
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking

• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
