You will be working for a Managed Services business based in Central London. As a 3rd line Technician, you will be a senior point of escalated support, conducting a mix of senior level break fixes, consultancy and project work.
The Role:
The role of the 3rd Line Engineer is to provide first class technical support and advice to assist individuals in finding the solution to any problems or questions they may have, with a real passion for making peoples day that little bit easier.
Your Responsibilities:
- Resolving technical issues, updating Status/Workaround/Resolution within the Service Desk team.
- Change, problem, asset, and incident management.
- Ability to take real ownership of users problems and use your own initiative to come to the best solution.
- Guiding junior members of staff
Requirements:
- Experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring distributed environment of desktop devices.
- Experience in Windows/Mac hybrid environments.
- Microsoft 365 - Administration & Configuration
- Azure migrations
- Intune Deployments
- Network experience – Cisco routing, switches, servers, LAN/WAN, Firewalls
