Vacancy description 

This is an IT support role supporting an exciting list of customers.

• Providing IT Troubleshooting via telephone and state of the art remote support software.
• Log activity and incidents onto service desk system desk
• To provide some onsite solution implementation
• Providing high level customer care and building relationships with customers
• To build personal knowledge of their product portfolio

Necessary skills:

• Previous IT Experience
• Knowledge of Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare)
• Network/Server/Storage experience
• Experience using Microsoft Windows servers and desktops
• Good knowledge of Active Directory
• Administration of Microsoft 365

• Suitable personal skills to build relationships with clients
• Highly effective communication skills and phone manner
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations and work under pressure
• Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
• Ability to work in a proactive, methodical manner whilst having attention to detail
