Look no further, I’m working with a leading IT Services business in London who are currently undergoing a transformation period and in turn are looking to make strategic hires in the team. 

 

Role Details:

 

  • Take full ownership of the practice and the implementation of strategy moving forward.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and the PMO team on client engagements as a tech lead to deliver client solutions.
  • Ensure detailed documentation and high quality LLD’s as part of the solutions deployment to meet with SLA’s.  
  • Thorough handover of solutions to the helpdesk team.
  • Take an active role in RND/Scoping and on the change advisory board.
  • Be the point of contact for both internal and external users as the network specialist for the business.
