A Microsoft Gold Partner based in Peterborough, who pride themselves on offering a premium level of support, are now looking to add another exceptional IT engineer to their team.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a functioning high performing service desk in 1st line position
- Support a UK based client portfolio across their technical support, desktop & infrastructure
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
Knowledge & Experience (Required)
Knowledge of IT products including;
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Core Infrastructure Server Hardware
- Active Directory
- Windows Desktop Troubleshooting
- Virtualisation
- Exchange/Office 365
- Networking
- Azure
