A Microsoft Gold Partner based in Peterborough, who pride themselves on offering a premium level of support, are now looking to add another exceptional IT engineer to their team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a functioning high performing service desk in 1st line position 
  • Support a UK based client portfolio across their technical support, desktop & infrastructure
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers

 

Knowledge & Experience (Required)

Knowledge of IT products including;

  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Core Infrastructure Server Hardware
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Desktop Troubleshooting
  • Virtualisation
  • Exchange/Office 365
