Besides the viral Tick Tock song - you're either thinking "Wolf of Wall Street" or "Suits"?

Anyone ascribing "family feeling" to a global 3000 user business might be a bit mad. But they're certainly big on looking after people, they don't have probation periods and embody the culture that if someone's not performing it's down to the manager to fix (rather then firing the employee). 

Who do you need to be?

• A UK citizen or possessing unlimited leave to remain (this is due to the nature of the business).
• Have completed an IT course at Uni, College or done a career switching IT course. 
• Able to commute to York 3x a week.
