Anyone ascribing "family feeling" to a global 3000 user business might be a bit mad. But they're certainly big on looking after people, they don't have probation periods and embody the culture that if someone's not performing it's down to the manager to fix (rather then firing the employee).
Who do you need to be?
- A UK citizen or possessing unlimited leave to remain (this is due to the nature of the business).
- 1 Years' experience in IT support.
- Have space at home to work without interruption.

This is a remote role 2pm - 10pm supporting global users, however you'll need to be able to travel to York for the initial 4 week training period.
Salary: £27k - £29k
